✓The client I am recruiting on behalf of is a small, family-run engineering business with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they have been serving their clients for over 20 years and have built a reputation for excellence in our industry
✓As they continue to grow, they are seeking a motivated and organized Project Administrator to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
✓Position Overview:
✓As a Project Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their engineering projects from initiation to completion
✓You will work closely with their project management team, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and within budget
✓This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of our business.
✓Project Administration and Scheduling:
✓* Collaborate with the project management team to develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
✓* Ensure adherence to project schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
✓* Ensure all job packs are completed ahead of installations
✓* Ensure all daily updates are sent to the client on time
✓* Ensure all audits are sent to the client on time
✓* Ensure updates and audits are uploaded to the shared drive accordingly
✓* Manage the company eBay account
✓* Ensure all installation cost trackers are up to date
✓* Any additional co-ordination or administration tasks that presents as the department grows
✓Documentation and Reporting:
✓* Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and other relevant records.
✓Communication and Coordination:
✓* Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and facilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
✓* Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits as required.
✓* Collation, validation and issue of project completion
✓Person requirements
✓* Proven experience in project administration or a similar position is highly essential
✓* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✓* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with the business
✓* Proficiency in project management software and tools desirable but not essential
✓* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
✓* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
