✓Our client, one of the largest and most professional Property Management companies in Scotland are seeking a Property Manager to join their team
✓With multiple offices, they are committed to deliver a complete property service with a focus on client needs.
✓The Role:
✓You will act as the main point of contact for property owners, providing professional factoring service and building strong relationships with clients
✓You will perform connected administrative tasks, including effective communication via email, letter, and phone calls.
✓Duties:
✓Coordinate repairs to communal areas
✓Manage planned maintenance works
✓Conduct meetings with owners in the office and on-site, including AGMs
✓Handle a high volume of daily calls and emails in a professional manner
✓Conduct regular visits to developments to ensure high standards of work and service provision
✓Requirements:
✓Previous experience in Property Management, especially in Scottish Factoring
✓Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
✓Valid driving license required
