✓The company are having a very busy year and have a number of projects due to start in the next few months.
✓Projects are residential refurbishment, internal and external work programmes.
✓They have projects in East London and Essex region and need an RLO to help the site team deliver the work
✓Looking to grow the business and need an exceptional Resident Liaison Officer to be a key part of this role.
✓Role
✓You will be expected to work on multiple property refurbishment schemes.
✓Working closely with the site teams to ensure property residents are fully informed and engaged at all times.
✓Work closely with the client and build long term relationships.
✓The role will be based site based and occasional visit to the office.
✓Take ownership of your projects and work in a fast paced environment.
