Position: Scaffolding Supervisor
Responsibilities:
As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all scaffolding activities on our construction sites
Your key duties will include, but are not limited to assisting the Project Manager to :

Oversee and manage the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Ensure that all scaffolding work is performed according to approved plans and designs.

Supervisr a team of skilled scaffolders, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Assist Project Manager to plan and schedule scaffolding tasks efficiently.

Assisr with monitoring and maintaining inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment, coordinating with procurement and the Yard when needed.

Communicate with relevant stakeholders to address any scaffolding-related issues promptly.

Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

Keep accurate records of scaffolding activities, including work progress, inspections, and incident reports.
Requirements:

Must hold at least a Scaffolding CISRS Part 2

SMSTS desirable but not mandatory if willing to work towards this
3
Must have proven experience as a Scaffolder with practical supervisory scaffolding experience.

In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, and industry best practices.

Solid understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.

Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and designs.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
8
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
9
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary.
