✓Position: Scaffolding Supervisor
✓Responsibilities:
✓As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all scaffolding activities on our construction sites
✓Your key duties will include, but are not limited to assisting the Project Manager to :
✓1
✓Oversee and manage the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
✓2
✓Ensure that all scaffolding work is performed according to approved plans and designs.
✓3
✓Supervisr a team of skilled scaffolders, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
✓4
✓Assist Project Manager to plan and schedule scaffolding tasks efficiently.
✓5
✓Assisr with monitoring and maintaining inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment, coordinating with procurement and the Yard when needed.
✓6
✓Communicate with relevant stakeholders to address any scaffolding-related issues promptly.
✓7
✓Promote a strong safety culture and enforce safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
✓8
✓Keep accurate records of scaffolding activities, including work progress, inspections, and incident reports.
✓Requirements:

✓Must hold at least a Scaffolding CISRS Part 2
✓2
✓SMSTS desirable but not mandatory if willing to work towards this
✓3
✓Must have proven experience as a Scaffolder with practical supervisory scaffolding experience.
✓4
✓In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment, and industry best practices.
✓5
✓Solid understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.

✓Ability to read and interpret scaffolding plans and designs.
✓7
✓Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

✓Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary.
