Trainee Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Description✓Caddy Group are currently looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor/Estimator.
✓Responsibilities:
✓* Assist with the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
✓* Assist with the analysis of construction costs and preparation of cost estimates and cost plans.
✓* Assist with the preparation of final accounts and other financial statements.
✓* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project costs are controlled and within budget.
✓* Assist with the valuation of variations and the preparation of claims for additional work.
✓* Assist with the measurement and valuation of works completed on site.
✓Requirements:
✓* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
✓* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
✓* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
✓* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
