✓We are looking for a Window and Door Engineer to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Staines.
✓Daily responsibilities of a Window and Door Engineer are:
✓Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
✓Measure and replace double-glazed units
✓Repair and replace doors, windows, handles, and locks
✓Re-align/toe and heel
✓Doors and openers
✓Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedulesRequirements of a Window and Door Engineer are:
✓Full UK Driving Licence
✓Previous experience within social housing or a fast-paced repairs environment Benefits for the Window and Door Engineer role:
