Window/Door & Conservatory Order Processor/CAD Technician
Description✓Window, Door & Conservatory Order Processor/ CAD technician.
✓My client are are an established glazing company that install a large range of high end bespoke products in a various range of materials including PVC ,Timber and Aluminium
✓We are based on the Kent and Surrey boarder 10 minutes from junction 6 of the M25 and cover the whole of the South East including London
✓We currently have an exciting opportunity for a competent, hardworking, and diligent Order processor/ CAD technician
✓The role will involve all aspects of ordering
✓Industry knowledge and experience is vital
✓My client can provide in house training for some of our more Bespoke products that you may not be familiar with and CAD
✓We are looking for a dynamic person, who can work on their own initiative and within our already well-established team
✓You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✓You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am - 5.00pm.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓• As an order processor you will be responsible for placing orders once they are signed of by the customer and passed on by the Company Surveyor.
✓• You will be responsible for working alongside our surveyors collating the drawings and dealing with the relevant suppliers.
✓• Production of ordering paperwork and communication with suppliers.
✓• Being part of a sign off process to agree manufacturing paperwork.
✓• Dealing with suppliers at all levels.
✓• To raise SO’s and PO’s within our salesforce system.
✓• To liaise with our Yard supervisor so hand over completed orders for them to follow up and obtain delivery dates.
✓• To undertake other work to which you are capable and carry out any other duties, which may be required.
✓Administrator Qualities
✓• Good experience of all aspects of glass and modern glazed windows and doors.
✓• Excellent attention to detail.
✓• Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone, email, and verbally.
✓• A methodical and thorough approach to work.
✓• Excellent organisational and diary management skills.
✓• An ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure.
✓• A great team player.
✓• A desire to show initiative.
✓• Good working knowledge of Word and Excell
✓• Good English and Math skills.
✓• Be honest and reliable.
✓• CAD experience preferable
✓Training can be provided.
