Job Overview
Working for a rapidly growing business and reporting into the Finance Manager, the role will support the Finance function in a variety of key areas, such as balance sheet reconciliations and transactional processing
The successful individual will possess a keen eye for detail and work well within a busy and professional finance team, aiming to add value to the day to day activities within the department.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Month end cash and bank reporting
Bank reconciliations and cash book reporting
Credit card, Paypal and Adyen reconciliations
Completing cash collections
Responsibility for day to day bank transactions and customer ledgers
Managing queries from customers and credit control
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist the wider finance team as and when required
What you Bring to the Team
The role would ideally suit a candidate studying AAT or university graduate looking to progress their career within Finance
Possess a good level of numeracy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a busy team and under time pressures
Have a responsible attitude and understand the need for confidentiality when dealing with payroll matters
Possess strong communication skills
Competent in Excel & Word
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads
