Description✓A Multi-disciplinary construction, property consultancy is on the hunt for a building surveyor in London.
✓This firm work with Private Commercial, Public Authorities and charities to deliver a tailored service to clients throughout the UK
✓This role will place you within a team of 10 employees
✓You can expect to have direct support towards your personal career development and learn of experienced professionals
✓Location: London [Permanent]
✓Type: Hybrid [least 2 days in office]
✓Salary: up to £58,000 per annum

✓Project Management
✓Feasibility Reports
✓Role and responsibilities:
✓2 year's commercial experience
✓Experienced working with architects, preparation of specifications and drawings
✓Feasibility reports
✓Commercial refurbishments
✓Build and maintain relationships with clients.
✓To strive to improve via development and knowledge as an individual.
✓To strive to undertake all the duties to the best of your abilities.
