Description✓Business Administration Apprentice – BATH – Full Time
✓This is an incredible Business Administration Apprenticeship opportunity to join the team in a fast-growing business management consultancy specialising in governance, delivering administrative support to the Company’s Directors, Consultants and Company Secretarial Assistants and the wider business as it seeks to implement its business strategy and plans for growth.
✓With professional support, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Business & Administration qualification in conjunction with our local education provider, and simultaneously gain exposure to business operations, administration, business dynamics, customer experience, governance tools, etc
✓Aside from progressing your skills professionally, you’ll also be surrounded by a collaborative team that cares deeply about supporting one another
✓The qualification is designed to shape you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional.
✓Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 or equivalent [including English Language and Maths] together with a passion for business, an understanding of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, enthusiastic and self-motivated with attention to detail, a confident communicator, and a professional attitude.
✓During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures, Board management, report writing, business communication, diary and meeting coordination.
✓Progression opportunities exist to become a fully qualified, chartered business governance professional.
✓Based in professional offices in central Bath a short walk from the train station, the standard age-appropriate apprenticeship wage will be paid with discretion to pay annual bonuses for someone who excels in the role
