Business Analyst - 6 month contract
Description✓Job Title: Business Analyst - Strategic Projects
✓Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Business Analyst to join their team
✓The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering successful business projects and possess excellent analytical skills.
✓The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement within the business and driving forward key strategic initiatives
✓Responsibilities include eliciting, defining, and documenting business requirements, as well as identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project success
✓The Business Analyst will lead workshops to prioritize requirements, challenge existing processes, and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
✓The successful candidate will work closely with business users, including senior managers, to brainstorm ideas, develop business cases, conduct feasibility studies, and assist with vendor selection
✓Collaboration with Project Managers to ensure seamless project delivery and support during User Acceptance Testing phases is also expected.
✓The Business Analyst must possess a degree or equivalent qualification through training and experience
✓Demonstrable experience in defining business processes and implementing successful change initiatives is required
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, are essential.
✓The ideal candidate should be adaptable to changing technologies and processes and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently manage their time
