Commercial Building Surveyor
Description✓Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting for a Commercial Building Surveyor to work for a leading international property consultancy to join their Southampton-based Midlands & South Property Management Team at the Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level
✓You must have prior management expertise in grade A offices, retail and leisure usage, with a strong emphasis on building connections with clients and providing excellent customer service.

✓Bristol, London, Birmingham or Southampton

✓Responsibilities:
✓* You will be in charge of compliance for sites under their control, initiating enforcement action or raising any noncompliance-related concerns.
✓* Attending client meetings, making ensuring minutes are recorded, and implementing any actions that arise.
✓* Reading leases and making sure the property management system is kept up to date with accurate data.
✓* In accordance with line manager permission, make sure client reports are generated according to the right requirements and distributed to customers on time.
✓* Consistently raise and pay all bills for tenant application fees.
✓* Examining tenant applications while creating client recommendations
✓Experience:
✓* Ideally RICS qualified although property management experience is considered more important.
✓* Commercial Building Surveying experience.
✓* Constantly updating knowledge of legislation relating to property management
✓* Able to build and maintain client relationships and internal relationships with other service lines Show more →
