✓My client is looking for an experienced compliance officer to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent
✓They are an established Facilities Management Consultancy.
✓The Role
✓FM Contract and Performance Management
✓FM Audits and Health Checks
✓Knowledge of CAFM systems
✓Experience of Power BI
✓Writing reports
✓Budget and financial analysis and management
✓Procurement support and document preparation [writing].
✓The Person
✓You will have knowledge of NEC contracts [any version, but preferably ECC/TSC or FMC]
✓You have used Contract management software [Cemar/FastDraft/Beehive/Asite/ is an advanatage
✓You will have knowledge of contract mobilisations
✓You will have knowledge or practical experience with PFI//PPP contracts
✓IT Literate with MS office, especially with Excel
✓Visio, Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint,
✓You will be a fast learner and ready to apply what is learned.
