Contract HR Process Consultant

DescriptionAre you a seasoned HR professional who has experience reviewing HR processes and procedures? If so, our client, an aviation service provider, is recruiting for an Interim HR Process Consultant for their site in Carterton
This role will involve reviewing and documenting current HR processes across all disciplines and making improvement plans
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and will have knowledge of Microsoft Visio or similar process mapping software
This contract is Outside IR35, and offers the potential to work from home up to 4 days per week.

HR Process Consultant
Job Description
Reviewing HR processes and procedures across all disciplines of the HR function
Documenting current processes, assessing needs for improvement, and forming a plan on how to implement changes and improvements
Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders across all levels of the business
Running process review workshops with people across the organisation
Using Microsoft Visio to create visual guides that will be presented to stakeholders and board members

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience reviewing, mapping, and improving HR processes
Strong knowledge of Visio or similar process mapping software
Ability to liaise with people across all levels of the business
Prior experience working within a large or complex organisation
