Customer Service Advisor
Description✓Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
✓Location: Redditch
✓Salary: £24,000 Per Annum
✓Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm working 37.5hrs
✓An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a UK market leader based in their Redditch office
✓Our client is a family run organisation that was founded 30 years ago and offers customers full support every step of the way and also provides solutions that are tailor-made to meet customer needs
✓They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced team on a permanent basis.

✓Day to day duties will include the following:
✓• Make daily outbound calls to ensure co-ordination with customers and installers
✓• Receive phone calls from customers answering any general enquiries and complaints
✓• Liaise with Project Managers
✓• Log service calls and issues
✓• Ensure works are completed to customers satisfactions before signing jobs off
✓• Monitor and track status of all installs been allocated
✓• Execute all elements of the installation process to provide extraordinary customer experience
✓• Be the point of contact to follow-up any issues arising during installations
✓• Undertake the collection of monies from customers related to installations
✓• Support to ensure any outstanding works are completed within a reasonable time-period
✓• Check and submit invoice paperwork to ensure on-time payments are made
✓• Support in the complaints process [where applicable] to ensure complaints are closed down quickly
✓As an individual you will be need the following skills and experience:
✓• Excellent communication skills and customer awareness with the ability to respond with a caring & empathetic approach
✓• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines & targets
✓• Experience of Microsoft packages and Outlook
✓• Previous experience of dealing with customer complaints desirable
✓• Debt collection experience desirable
✓• Previous experience working within an engineering or installations industry desirable
