✓Role - Data Analyst
✓Location - Edinburgh City Centre
✓Duration - 3 months with possible extension
✓Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
✓Pay rate - £15.36 per hour
✓Immediate start
✓This is an exciting opportunity, for an experienced Data Analyst, to join an established HR team, to assist with a programme of change.
✓The successful candidates will be:
✓Responsible for undertaking a range of HR data-focused activities to ensure that data is robust, offers real business insight, facilitates accurate reporting and enables strategic insights for stakeholders
✓Carrying out complex data analysis, data visualisation, data cleansing and data mapping
✓Analysing, modelling and presenting complex organisational, people and pay data in an insightful way
✓Preparing analysis to drive organisational decision making and inform strategy
✓Providing expert technical advice and analysis to support the development of simplified and accurate reporting
✓Contributing to the preparation of reporting, briefings and presentations
✓You should have:
✓A proven track record of data analysis
✓Experience of working with HR and Payroll systems
✓Strong experience in analysing complex data requests to deliver meaningful and insightful reports
✓Experience of working on large-scale data migration projects
