✓We are expanding! Jarvis Brown Associates is a specialist recruitment agency based in West Sussex, ran by four directors with a combined 25 years' experience in Technology Recruitment
✓We have seen significant success in these first few months and are now looking for Co-Founding Divisional Directors to come onboard and grow out their own business within a business.
✓PLEASE NOTE: This is Equity and Commission only [significant equity on offer]
✓We are looking for seasoned Recruitment professionals who want to build their own division and expand the Jarvis Brown Associates brand into other industries outside of Technology but are maybe not in the position to take on the full amount of risk or would like an established group of Directors to build with
✓We will provide the full infrastructure needed and finance it all for you, this will include...
✓* Hardware [Laptops, Office Space, Phones, Mobile etc]
✓* Software and Licences [LinkedIn Recruiter, HireHub, CV Library, SourceWhale, Bullhorn and Paiger]
✓* Website [with own seperate branding for your division]
✓* The Jarvis Brown Associates name to build off
✓* Warm desk by developing our current client base and expanding in to other functions within said clients
✓* Equity in the Jarvis Brown Associates Technology business
✓* Lawyers
✓* Accountants
✓* Insurance
✓* VAT Registration
✓* Bank Account and Accounting Technology
✓What's in it for you:
✓* Significant Equity and Significant commission on your personal billings
✓* Operational Control regarding how you build your division out
✓* Seat on the board and monthly board meetings with our Investor

✓You will have:
✓* Minimum 5 Years of Recruitment experience in a field outside of Technology [Must have proven client base and provable billing figures]
✓* 360 experience managing and developing a cold desk from scratch
✓* Worked within the UK market geographically
✓* Contract recruitment experience [Preferred but not mandatory, we are open to perm recruiters]
✓* Full Right to Work and Live in the UK
✓* Driving Licence [Preferred but not mandatory]
✓This is a fantastic opportunity to make the kind of money you'd make with your own recruitment business but without the start-up costs that are incurred, you will have an infrastructure in place and a brand name to use to boost your desk straight away, there is equity of an already profitable recruitment business on offer and the opportunity to work with a tight knit team who know what they are doing
