Health and Safety Executive [HSE] Project Manager
Description✓Provide strong Health and Safety Executive [HSE] representation for this engineering consultancy at project and construction meetings with clients, principal contractors, and our sub-contractors to ensure the health and safety strategies in place are appropriate as a HSE Project Manager.

✓On a day-to-day basis, you would be involved with working on signalling projects which include resignalling, minor works, such as Level Crossings, as well as supporting the business with reaching their 5-year safety and sustainability goals.
✓
✓Responsibilities:
✓To ensure project teams and contractors are working under the Construction, Design and Management [CDM] regulations, HSE legislation and Client Standards.
✓To carry out effective and timely investigation event reporting of injuries, incidents, and close calls, meeting the requirements of the client and company standards.
✓Monitor PowerBI Dashboard Reports to ensure that Key Performance Targets are met.
✓To plan and conduct effective audits, both internal and external, to ensure compliance with Project/Company policies, strategies, and procedures including ISO9001 and ISO14001.
✓About you:
✓NEBOSH Certificate – mandatory [construction desirable].
✓Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
✓Extensive knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS[phone number removed].
✓Experience of investigation, development and monitoring of management systems.
✓Railway and Construction Industry experience desirable.
✓Capable of identifying HSE Improvement opportunities.

✓Travel may be required in and around London to visit client sites as necessary.
