✓You will be joining a progressive organisation, in a role where individuals, still within the business, have been promoted from previously

✓You will need to have a pro-active approach, not easily phased, with proven administrative experience, excellent organisation, strong MS Office skills and some exposure to HR practices and procedures.
✓Above all you will be a strong communicator, eager to learn and happy in a fast paced environment.
✓The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
✓* Leading on day-to-day administration, including creating, updating and issuing documentation, ensuring compliancy etc.
✓* Providing updates to clients on planned project work
✓* HR system maintenance
✓* Supporting with account management and client liaison
✓* Support with drafting and issuing marketing communications
✓* Liaising both internally and externally in a professional and efficient manner
✓* To work as administrative support to MD, People Advisors and L&D Partner
✓* Responsible for administering the employee life cycle
