Description✓Role Profile – HR Advisor – 9 month FTC

✓Based – Aylesbury, office based with WFH 2 days a week

✓As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to work with our Head of Human Resources on a 9 month fixed term contract.
✓Job Overview:
✓As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing HR support and guidance to our employees across the organization
✓Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR administration

✓Responsibilities:
✓Employee Relations:
✓Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
✓Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
✓Support the HR Manager in conducting investigations and resolving employee concerns.
✓Performance Management:
✓Assist in coordinating the performance management process, including objective setting, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
✓Collaborate with managers to ensure performance reviews are conducted in a timely and constructive manner.
✓Help monitor and track performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
✓Recruitment and Onboarding:
✓Support the HR Manager in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and conducting initial screenings.
✓Coordinate interviews and assessments, and assist in making hiring recommendations.
✓Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and new hire documentation.
✓Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new employees receive a smooth and positive integration into the company.
✓HR Administration and Policies:
✓Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
✓Support HR projects, initiatives, and programs as directed by the HR Manager.
✓Help develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current employment legislation and best practices.
✓HR Reporting and Analysis:
✓Compile HR data and generate reports related to employee metrics, turnover, and other HR analytics.
✓Assist in analysing HR trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
✓Qualifications and Skills:
✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓CIPD Level 5 preferred
✓Prior experience in an HR role or relevant experience is preferred.
✓Experience of creating and implementation of processes from scratch.
✓Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
✓Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✓Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
