✓Responsibilities:
✓Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning and design to implementation and final deployment.
✓Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to understand project requirements, scope, and timelines.
✓Conduct thorough project assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and cost estimation.
✓Create detailed project plans, documentation, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
✓Coordinate and lead project teams, providing guidance, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery.
✓Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
✓Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices throughout project implementation.
✓Provide technical support and guidance to clients during project delivery and post-implementation phases.
✓Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and advancements in the IT industry.
✓Qualifications:
✓Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
✓Proven experience in technical project management, within an IT services environment.
✓Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking principles, and enterprise software solutions.
✓Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
✓Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
