Office Manager
Description✓Search is currently recruiting for a fantastic Office Manager/EA Temp contract working for a leading consultancy company based on the outskirts of Leeds [Leeds 11].
✓Temporary contract for a minimum of 9 months the Office Manager can expect a varied role at a company that fully appreciates their staff.

✓Fantastic work environment within a supportive and friendly teamThe job as Office Manager/EA in Leeds is a busy role that will offer you a varied day and an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the office support functions
✓It will allow you to manage your own time and take responsibility to use your own initiative to make the job your own.
✓The position is split into two parts Office/Building Manager and Executive Assistant to the Directors & Leadership team
✓Some of the key duties within this position will be:
✓Front of house service including reception, telephony and client management
✓Organising any office catering, ordering of stationary and office supplies
✓Managing third party contractors - including contract cleaning / Facilities providers / equipment and service providers
✓Managing spend for the office functions
✓Facilities Management and Health and Safety management for the office
✓Co-ordination of internal and client meetings
✓Assist with the on boarding of new starters
✓Diary management and booking travel for the leadership team
✓Opportunity to organise staff events and incentives
✓Document management for board meetings and taking minutes to distribute to all parties
✓What we are looking for:
✓Positive and proactive approach to providing a first class service to both internal and external parties
✓Experience within an Office/Building management role including dealing with facilities
✓Strong IT skills with MS Office and confident producing documentation
✓Organised, able to stay calm under pressure and manage a varied and busy workload effectively
✓Professional customer service is key when dealing with both internal members of the team and visitors to the company
✓First Aid and Fire Marshall trained would be highly beneficial but this can be organised for the right candidate
✓Experience in Health & Safety, managing third party contractors, facility management and service companies
✓Proven experience in supporting senior executives or board level
