Project Manager
Description✓A dynamic, medium-sized practice located across various locations in England, are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
✓They operate across various sectors, including education, residential, commercial, and health

✓Requirements:
✓Ideally MRICS or working towards
✓Able to run projects independently.
✓Pre and post contract experience
✓Cost Management / Cost Consultancy experience, on commercially led projects is preferred
✓Duties include:
✓Reduce project expenses and provide value for money while maintaining the necessary standards and quality.
✓Create the necessary documentation for bids and contracts, such as bills of quantities.
✓Conduct cost analyses for projects including repairs and maintenance.
✓Manage risk, manage value, and limit costs.
✓Requirements: Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials; proven experience as a quantity surveyor in traditional build construction.
✓Strong negotiating and communication abilities.
✓Proficient critical and analytical thinking abilities
