QSSE Project Assistant
Description✓Take on a multi-million-pound Heathrow Airport project specialising in assisting with health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives as a Quality, Safety, Security & Environment [QSSE] Project Assistant for this high-calibre engineering consultancy.

✓Assist the QSSE Manager in achieving the company’s quality, health, safety and environmental objectives in line with various national and international standards.
✓
✓Responsibilities:
✓Administrate the Approved Vendors List.
✓Administrate the company’s health and safety statistics and records.
✓Maintain the QHSE Calendar.
✓Carry out Contractor Inductions.
✓Assist with Workplace Inspections.
✓Complete Control of Substances Hazardous to Health [COSHH] assessments.
✓Assist the QSSE Manager and Supervisor with administrating and developing the Quality and Health and Safety Management Systems as required.
✓About you:
✓You will have a background in a similar role with an understanding of QHSE management systems, document control and the fundamentals of health and safety management.
✓An understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS[phone number removed]or experience of working in an engineering or construction environment.
✓The role is 5 days a week [40 hours] and will involve occasional night work depending on the contract workload and project requirements
✓Additional occasional visits to other offices across the UK will also be required.

✓Salary: £25,000–£43,000 plus benefits
