✓Our client, a growing planning consultancy is urgently looking for a Town Planner to join their team in Somerset
✓The successful Town Planner will work on a variety if rural, residnetial and commercial schemes.
✓To be considered for this role you will:
✓Have a relevant MSc [or equivalent] which is accredited by the RTPI
✓Have demonstrable town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
✓Be working towards Chartered Member of RTPI
✓Have a full UK driving licenseWithin the role you will be:
✓Undertaking site searches to identify possible locations for development
✓Carrying out pre-application discussions with LPA's
✓Preparing and submitting planning applications
✓Attending and presenting to Planning Committees
✓Delivering general planning advice to clients
✓Preparing and submitting appealsBenefits:
