✓The Role
✓An exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join a forward-thinking, fun and modern company in Burgess Hill
✓Working as part of a small and friendly team, you will guide their large and varied client base through the order process from enquiry to delivery.
✓Engage and liaise with existing customers, actioning requests, providing ETAs and reporting back to them with ongoing updates
✓Cooperate with multiple departments internally to ensure smooth and efficient service
✓Monitoring output, reporting and investigating any issues that arise
✓Continuous improvement
✓Requirements
✓This role would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational skills and who is a naturally warm and confident communicator
✓You will enjoy delivering outstanding customer service and developing relationships with your customers
✓You will be numerate and literate with excellent attention to detail
✓Prior experience as a Sales Account Executive, Account Manager, or having worked in B2B would suit this role well.
