Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
Description✓We are looking for enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Consultants to join our lively team in Birmingham, West Midlands.
✓The succesful applicant for this Apprentice Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham will be supporting the growth of the industrial desk working alongside experinced recruitment consultants through tasks such, candidate searching, interviewing, database maintenance, advertising and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
✓Duties will include:
✓• Search and Selection of prospective candidates
✓• Qualifying candidates on the phone and face to face
✓• Identifying skills to match candidates with suitable jobs
✓• Registering candidates and arranging follow up interviews
✓• Deaing with incoming phone calls.
✓• Basic admin
✓• Ensuring the database is mainatained accurarately
✓• Writing basic job adverts and job descriptions
✓• Managing and developing candidate relationships
✓• Dealing with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
✓This is apprenticeship is administerd in partnership with Birmingham South and City College, Birmingham.
