Business Support Coordinator
Description✓Berry Recruitment Sutton are currently recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to join our client based in London.
✓You will be required to provide a wide range of business support services, this includes diary support to a team of senior managers
✓You will act as a supervisor for junior roles and ensure effective coordination of business support within a contract or functional area.
✓Duties and Responsibilities
✓Coordinate all business support duties in the department to ensure deadlines are achieved
✓Coordinate travel logistics including trains, flights and accommodation for Senior Managers
✓Maintain and update systems
✓Coordinate internal and external meetings including room booking
✓Arranging agendas, preparing papers and ordering catering
✓Use SAP finance system for invoice processing
✓Proactive decision making
✓Handle confidential information with discretion
✓Act as the point of contact for department/contract
✓Operate independently or as part of a team
✓CRM monitoring and administrationPerson Specification
✓Relevant business support qualification desirable
✓Ability to manipulate systems and databases
✓Verbal and written communication
✓Able to use Microsoft and SAP systems
✓Strong organisation skills
✓This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
✓The pay rate is £120 - £150 daily.
