Call Handler
Description✓Customer Service Call Handler [Part-time PM]
✓£11.03ph, NN17 1QE, 32 days holiday, Part-time 1pm till 5pm Monday to Friday, Pension, Parking, working from home 1 day per week after training, 9 month fixed term contract
✓Due to continued success, a UK head office location of a global multi-branch organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Call Handler to join their customer service team
✓You will be supporting customers across the UK:
✓Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers
✓Providing customer care, and assisting/resolving with and questions or queries
✓Updating database with call information
✓Making outbound calls to customers who have left message on internal system
✓Raising credits for returns
✓Liaising internally with other departments in relation to customers needs
✓Administration duties related to the roleWe would expect the successful Customer Service Call Handler to be able to demonstrate a good work working knowledge of Microsoft office, and database management
✓Be an excellent communicator, and have a friendly, confident and customer focused telephone manner
✓You will be supported to become familiar with the company processes and procedures
✓This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Call Centre Advisor, Customer Service Administrator or Customer Care Operator.
✓You will be joining the UK head office of a company that has been established for over 30 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of distribution
✓Working directly with the Customer Service Manager, this role offers variety from customers on a daily basis
