✓In this role, you'll have the chance to learn and deliver outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers, helping them with their questions and addressing their needs.

✓The ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude and have a positive approach
✓They will be an excellent communicator and thrive within a customer focused environment

✓This position would suit anyone from a Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Service background.
✓Based on performance, there are many opportunities to be given in this role for career progression within insurance, for example moving from car to home insurance which comes with a nice salary rise.
✓No experience is necessary as full training is provided!
✓Responsibilities:
✓Answering inbound telephone calls.
✓Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
✓Understand customers issues and recommend solutions.
✓Use all relevant information to optimise opportunities to cross sell and up sell insurance products.
