Case Handler [Damp, Mould & Condensation]

✓As a Complaint Handler, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and outcomes.

✓Firstly, we offer flexible working hours that fit around your schedule - choose from 8-4 or 9-5 working hours, with a total of 36.25 hours per week
✓Plus, with our hybrid working model, you'll have the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, giving you the best of both worlds.

✓The ideal candidate will have the following:

✓Experience investigating complaints in a regulated environment
✓Experience dealing with difficult customers
✓Experience responding to complaints via email, following up and closing complaints
✓Experience in housing complaints [preferable but not mandatory.] In addition to the above, we are are also looking for:
✓
✓Resilience: You'll need to be able to handle challenging situations and stay calm under pressure
✓Excellent communication skills: You'll be dealing with customers who are often frustrated and upset, so you'll need to be able to empathize with them and communicate effectively to resolve their complaints
✓Attention to detail: Damp, mold, and condensation can be complex issues, so you'll need to be able to understand the root causes of these problems and provide tailored solutions to our customers
✓Problem-solving skills: You'll be working with a wide range of customers, each with their own unique situations and needs
✓You'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to their complaints
✓Positive attitude: We're looking for someone who is proactive, upbeat, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
