Key role and responsibilities for Contact Centre Agent:
Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Handling customer queries
Using negotiation skills to come to fair solution
Advise and explain customer options to resolve circumstances
Noting each call to record progress taken with customer
Minimum requirements for Contact Centre Agent:
Ability to actively listen and effectively respond to any queries
Positive and friendly attitude
Desire to help others
Willingness to work independently or as a part of the team
Have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C or equivalent
Working hours:
First shift pattern
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30
Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00
one day off during the week
Second shift pattern
Monday - Friday 09:30 - 19:00
Saturdays 08:30 - 13:00
One day off during the week
Third shift pattern [ two week rotation ]
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 / 10:30- 19:00
1 in 4 Saturdays 08:30 - 12:30
Salary: £20,500 - £21,000 per annum + up to £250 bonus per month
In return for Contact Centre Agent:
Bonus scheme [ Up to £250 per month]
