As a Contact Centre Executive, you will be the first port of call for any after-sales inquiries, complaints, and general calls that come into the automotive company.
The Contact Centre Executive role will be based in Basingstoke full-time.
Some of the main duties of the Contact Centre Executive role will include:
Manage outbound/inbound calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
Price or service inquiries
Customer service queries and complaints
Telemarketing campaigns
Participate in projects as and when required or directed by management
To be a successful Contact Centre Executive and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have experience in the following:
Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT
Excellent telephone manner
Resilience
Smart appearance
Call centre/customer service experience
