Customer Care Technician
Description✓We are currently working with a 5 Star Housebuilder who are looking to recruit a Multiskilled Customer Care Technician on a permanent basis.
✓As the customer care technician, you will be responsible for carrying out the remedial work on recently purchased properties
✓Patch Plastering, Paining, Hanging Doors etc
✓Ideally you will from a joinery background, but a good all-rounder is what’s required.
✓This builder has an outstanding reputation, and as their technician, you will be the face of the business
✓This position comes with a new van and all the relevant equipment.
✓Responsibilities
✓* Carry out multi-trade remedial work to a quality standard
✓* Snagging properties prior to handover
✓* Ensures that purchaser’s acceptance sheets are signed by purchaser as proof of completion that the work is finished to a quality standard
✓* Carry out all duties in accordance with the company’s internal code of conduct
✓* Familiarise and hold a good understanding of required policies and procedure
✓Skills Required
✓* IT Literate
✓* Excellent written and verbal communication skills – engaging with customers, suppliers, partners
✓* Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓* Good practical experience within all aspects of the building industry
✓* Basic knowledge of carpentry/bricklaying and plastering / drylining and all finishing trades
✓* Resilient personality and able to maintain a professions image
✓* Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
✓* Current driving licence
