An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-driven and confident Customer Service Advisor to join our Company based in Bolton.
Customer Service Advisor:
Dealing with inbound calls/queries and New Instructions: Answering a high volume of calls maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed service levels
Making initial call backs on new claims from Insurance Companies to establish whether the property is secure, arranging securing teams to attend if required
Processing New Instructions on to our bespoke Computer system
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor
Must have a good telephone manner and communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Computer literate
* A 'Can Do' attitude
* Qualifications preferred but not essential
