Location: Office Based - Warrington [Cheshire]
Salary: £21,255 per annum
Hours:  Full Time - Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm [37.5 hours]
Contract: 6 Month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing
The Dispute Support Executive team are our first point of contact with consumers who call us after not being able to resolve complaints directly with their Communications provider or Energy supplier
They’re a  customer-centric team who provide helpful information, direction and high-quality service to internal and external customers.
Members of this team are calm, approachable and empathetic people who are excellent listeners
They’re able to relate to a consumer and understand their issue in an impartial way, helping them to understand where we can help and advising them as to their next steps.
Our Dispute Support Executive team work in a fast paced, target driven environment, supported by communities with dedicated Coaches and Leaders
They use their analytical and communication skills to direct cases to the right team through appropriate channels.
What are we looking for? 
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer resolution or complaints environment and if you have experience within the energy, communications or regulated sector that’s even better. 
We are looking for great communicators who are happy to listen to our customer’s needs, while also comfortable to use a variety of written and verbal communication channels. 
You will be naturally empathetic and great at building relationships, ensuring that complainants and suppliers and providers feel heard and valued
You will demonstrate sound judgement in making sound decisions and display strong analytical skills with the ability to review large amounts of information in a methodical and timely manner, ensuring decisions are made at pace.
