V-Recruit are currently recruiting 3 x Permanent Customer Service Advisors to start work in the Leeds, LS15 as soon as possible.
With the option to work partly remotely if preferred, we are looking for full time, driven and passionate Customer Service Advisors to join their specialist Pension Income team as soon as possible.
Our client are specialists in providing financial services to their clients, such as Pension and Retirement Income products, Equity Release, Lasting Power of Attorneys, Will preparations etc
Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything this company do, so although this is a partly sales-based role, you are only offering the customers products and services which would completely benefit them and suit their needs, and of which they have expressed an interest in previously.
Role Overview
* An inbound & outbound calling, telephone-based role that always supports the client database, whilst working to targets, but delivering an exceptional service to suit the client’s needs.
* Answering and responding to enquiries regarding a range of retirement income solutions, and having a proactive approach to customer contact, always making the best of available leads.
* Providing customers with accurate and relative information to help them better understand their financial options at retirement – please note that this is a None-Advising role, and you are simply advising customers on their options, not influencing decisions.
* Providing guidance and where appropriate, establishing whether a customer would benefit from the assistance of a qualified financial advisor, and referring them to internal advisors where appropriate.
* Deliver a professional service and share best practice with your colleagues.
* Administer and arrange relevant applications, including carrying out fact-finding calls with the customers, whilst proactively seeking to increase the number of qualified advice referral applications.
* Booking in in depth fact-finding calls into your own diary, and carrying these out with the customers, ensuring that all information is relevant and qualitative.
* Adhere to pension income documented processes and ensuring the records are kept appropriately, in line with the company’s record keeping and file quality requirements.
Job Specifics & Package
* Starting Salary £25,000 per annum with OTE of £35,000
* Full time, business hours – Monday to Friday
Some flexibility may be required to suit business needs.
* This is a hybrid role, where you would be expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week, you can work from the office full time/more regularly if preferred
Up to 6 weeks training required to be fully office based before remote working avaialble.

The Person must have…
Essential
* Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential and must have some B2C sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Good negotiation skills
* Strong IT skills
* Ability to achieve and exceed KPI targets
* Ability to work on your own initiative, and as a team player
* Highly motivated/a self-starter
* Enthusiastic with a passion to succeed within a growing company
* Resilience in dealing with a varied workload
* GCSE / Level 2 in Maths and English
Desirable
* Experience of working within the financial services industry
* CII Exams are desirable, but not essential
Full training and further qualifications could be offered.
* Experience of telephone-based sales, ideally with the use of a dialler system
* Previous experience within a fast-paced contact centre, preferable in an outbound environment
