Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm - Immediate start
Description✓ROLE: Customer Service Advisor - Temp to Perm - Immediate Start!
✓LOCATION: Hounslow, with free onsite parking
✓HOURLY RATE: £14ph + holiday accrual + Office Angels benefits
✓HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours
✓DURATION: On-going, with the potential to go permanent
✓We are currently working with a maintenance business in Hounslow, which is looking for someone new to join their team
✓You will be customer focused ensuring all enquires are dealt with positively and within business deadlines
✓You will collaborate with all teams across the business and this would suit someone who gains satisfaction from helping people and problem-solving

✓Responsibilities
✓* You will provide first-class customer service and be a true ambassador for the company
✓* Being the first point of contact for local government/councilors and the general public
✓* Supporting with any queries and complaints via emails, calls, and in person
✓* Logging all requests and updating details for each case as it is investigated
✓* Writing correspondence back for new and existing enquiries, ensuring that it is accurate and appropriate to who you are talking to
✓* Writing engaging content for internal newsletters and any other marketing as requested
✓* Review comments on Twitter and the business website
✓Ensuring each customer is heard and any comments and complaints are dealt with in a positive manner
✓* Escalating any complaints or potential issues to the relevant teams
✓* Proofreading contact to go onto the website
✓* Building relationships with internal teams and external contacts
✓* Running/supporting with projects, working with teams collaboratively to deadlines
✓* Being an ambassador for the company
✓About you:
✓* Experience providing excellent customer service
✓* Excellent communications skills verbal and written
✓* A confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
✓* High attention to detail
✓* Ideally have experience writing contact for social media platforms, but this is not essential
✓This is a temp to perm position starting immediately
