✓Your role as a Customer Service Advisor:
✓We have varied Customer Service roles involving a variety of tasks and responsibilities, working for a huge range of reputable and excellent employers, many of them well known brands:
✓* Answering incoming calls, emails & Internet enquires
✓* Processing orders
✓* Dealing with payments and handling sensitive information
✓* Advising customers of products and services available
✓* Dealing with enquires and complaints to resolution
✓* Building rapport with customers
✓* General administrative duties
✓We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
✓* Previous experience within a telephone based customer service role
✓* Must have a high attention to detail and accurate keyboard skills
✓* Excellent problem solving skills
✓* Must be customer focused
✓* Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment
