Customer Service Advisor

DescriptionCustomer Service Advisor required to join a friendly team based in the outskirts of Chelmsford [transport required]
Paying £25,000 per annum working Monday: 8am - 5:30pm Tuesday-Friday: 8:30 - 5:30pm
Your key duties in this Customer Service Advisor role will include but are not limited to:
Ensure a high level of service by telephone, live chat and email.
Advising customers on our range of storage solutions for home and business.
Processing orders over the phone.
Resolving delivery issues and tactfully dealing with occasional complaints.
Replying to enquires via email, live chat and over the phone.
General administrative tasks
Skills required for this Customer Service Advisor role you need to meet the following criteria:
Customer service experience: 3 years
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Experience in complaint handling
Confident
Driver
This role will suit a calm and patient individual who has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work, who thrives off working in a busy environment
