✓We are looking for an industry experienced Customer Service Advisor, who can offer the best advice and service experience to our clients, ensuring that cases are progressed from commencement to closure in an efficient manner.
✓In this customer centric role, you will be required to support customers on the phone, email and provide advice on all aspects of the post-appointment IVA process, post-appointment documentation and internal case reviews whilst managing daily diary allocation to completion
✓It is also essential that you have a good understanding of vulnerable customer needs and be able to sensitively handle challenging calls as required
✓Job title Role:
✓* Log, investigate and respond to customer complaints within strict timescales
✓* Handle and resolve technical queries from Debt Management and IVA customers
✓* Liaise effectively with customers by telephone, email and letter
✓* Discuss alternative debt solutions; objection handling in response to termination requests
✓Job title Experience:
✓* Minimum 12 months industry experience
✓* Ideally familiar with debt solutions including Debt Management Plans & IVA’s
✓* Excellent customer service and communications skills
