The Role
Making outbound/taking inbound calls.
communicating via email
Resolve queries
Update database
Distributing information to correct team
Maintain records
Support the line manager
Print/post data/reports/invoices
Deliver an excellent customer service support network
The Candidate
Customer service Experience
Have a current DBS[if you haven't got one, we can arrange this for you]
Pass a credit check
Show good attention to detail
Be able to work in a team
Posses good communication/organisational and accuracy skills
Understanding of processes and systems
Hours
08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday [1 hour Break]

£11.77
