Description✓I am working alongside a Government Agency Client who are looking for 3x Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis.

✓Title: Customer Service Advisor
✓Working Week: 37p/w
✓Day Rate: £87
✓Position: 6 month - on-going
✓Hybrid working!
✓Do you have:
✓Experience of communicating with customers verbally on phones
✓Experience of writing up responses to customers
✓Interpreting and investigating customers needs and responding accordingly
✓Excellent IT skills including proficient use of Microsoft 365 packages
✓Excellent customer service skills
✓Ability to respond quickly and adapt to change
