To aid in their mission they are now looking for proactive Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about great communication.

You’ll be committed to making a difference by dealing with inbound customer inquiries, problem-solving in real-time, and managing social media communications.
About the role:
* Dealing with all inbound customer inquiries
* Qualifying and assessing customers for ECO grant funding
* Managing surveyor and engineer appointments
* Managing Leads inbox
* Checking property information against the EPC register
* Calculating customer contributions
* Managing customer reviews platform
* Monitoring social media communications
Requirements:
* Able to learn about the business process quickly
* Have an excellent eye for detail
* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
* Flexible team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workload to meet deadlines
* Able to work well under pressure
* IT literate: Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is essential
