✓You’ll be committed to making a difference by dealing with inbound customer inquiries, problem-solving in real-time, and managing social media communications.
✓About the role:
✓* Dealing with all inbound customer inquiries
✓* Qualifying and assessing customers for ECO grant funding
✓* Managing surveyor and engineer appointments
✓* Managing Leads inbox
✓* Checking property information against the EPC register
✓* Calculating customer contributions
✓* Managing customer reviews platform
✓* Monitoring social media communications
✓Requirements:
✓* Able to learn about the business process quickly
✓* Have an excellent eye for detail
✓* Customer-focused with strong communication skills
✓* Flexible team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
✓* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workload to meet deadlines
✓* Able to work well under pressure
✓* IT literate: Word, Excel, and Outlook experience is essential
✓It’s great if you have experience, but if you don’t and come from customer-facing background then we would still love to hear from you
