Our client in Ipswich is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
You will be joining a friendly team of experienced Customer Service professionals providing an excellent level of customer service to the customers.
Duties:
Processing orders and enquiries via email or telephone
Maximising sales opportunities by offering alternatives and special offers
Responding to all calls and emails within the targeted time-frame
Liaising with other departments to answer enquiries on any products or services
Tracking deliveries and requesting PODs from carriers
Following procedures for the return of faulty or damaged products
Handling any administrative duties re shortages and overcharges
Following pricing parameters when dealing with customer orders
Offering help and support to the Area Sales ManagersSkills:
Previous Customer Service experience within an office environment
Great communication skills with an excellent phone manner
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience in using internal databases
Able to manage your workload and time effectivelyMonday to Friday 37.5 hours
Office based with free parking on-site
