Description✓Customer Service Advisor - Permanent, full-time
✓Salary: £22,000k
✓Our client in Ipswich is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.
✓You will be joining a friendly team of experienced Customer Service professionals providing an excellent level of customer service to the customers.
✓Duties:
✓Processing orders and enquiries via email or telephone
✓Maximising sales opportunities by offering alternatives and special offers
✓Responding to all calls and emails within the targeted time-frame
✓Liaising with other departments to answer enquiries on any products or services
✓Tracking deliveries and requesting PODs from carriers
✓Following procedures for the return of faulty or damaged products
✓Handling any administrative duties re shortages and overcharges
✓Following pricing parameters when dealing with customer orders
✓Offering help and support to the Area Sales ManagersSkills:
✓Previous Customer Service experience within an office environment
✓Great communication skills with an excellent phone manner
✓High attention to detail and accuracy
✓Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience in using internal databases
✓Able to manage your workload and time effectivelyMonday to Friday 37.5 hours
✓Office based with free parking on-site
