✓Making outbound/taking inbound calls.
✓communicating via email
✓Resolve queries
✓Update database
✓Distributing information to correct team
✓Maintain records
✓Support the line manager
✓Print/post data/reports/invoices
✓Deliver an excellent customer service support network
✓The Candidate
✓Customer service Experience
✓Have a current DBS[if you haven't got one, we can arrange this for you]
✓Pass a credit check
✓Show good attention to detail
✓Be able to work in a team
✓Posses good communication/organisational and accuracy skills
✓Understanding of processes and systems
✓Hours
✓08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday [1 hour Break]
