Customer Service Advisor

DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project for a large UK Pensions Services company, assisting with inbound calls and emails from existing customers and preforming administrative activities. 
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within the life and pensions sector as exposure to these products will be advantageous to settling quickly into the role. 
The rate on offer is in the range of £125 - £150 dependant on experience and is via umbrella company
Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm full time in the office in Bristol
The friendly office is central Bristol a short walk from Temple Meads train station
There is no parking on site. 
Full training would be provided to help you settle into the systems and the role.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: 
Manage inbound calls to discuss any question or queries relating to their account.
Spot potential complex queries/complaints and escalating where required.
Provide a clear and efficient response within company guidelines and always putting the customer first.
Cheek emails
However, most of the time will be phone-based interactions.
Update the client database with all key information required from the call.
Work to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times.
Handle up to 25 - 30 calls a day.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills and experience: 
Excellent call centre customer service experience in a financial service sector.
Knowledge of pensions beneficial but not essential.
Ability to pick up systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy to really connect with people and make a positive experience on each interaction.
Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation including knowledge of Word and Excel.
Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed.
