✓V3 recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful retail brand based in Havant and due to a busy period our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor to join their already successful team.
✓The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer queries are answered promptly and completely
✓Responsibilities will include answering ad hoc questions from customers and assisting and advising customers via telephone, Live Chat and emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, offer alternative solutions, and many more!
✓Hours of work - are 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:45 - 17:15
✓£10.77 per hour
✓Key Responsibilities
✓As a Customer Service Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor you will be responsible for assisting customers with their requirements via the telephone and email
✓The customer will have order and stock related issues and will require advice in some cases or simply wish to place orders
✓You will manage return related enquiries
✓You will assist with unsatisfied customers and complaints if necessary
✓You will liaise with third parties both internally and externally to manage any issued related to customer deliveries and orders
✓Process orders onto the in-house system
✓Complete general administration
✓Key Skills / Experience
✓Previous good customer service experience [Call Centre is desirable although not essential]
✓Have good attention to detail and Accuracy
✓Will be able to work to deadlines and targets
✓Be available to start Immediately and commit on an ongoing temporary basis Show more →
