Customer Service Advisor
Description✓Pertemps are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join the team of one of our long-standing clients, Royal Mail
✓Job Purpose:
✓To deliver recruitment campaigns and other customer recruitment requirements within a centralised recruitment service, to agreed standards in order to ensure optimal resourcing of vacant roles across Royal Mail Group
✓Key Duties:
✓To deliver recruitment campaigns which meet statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements, agreed Royal Mail recruitment business processes and procedures, including the completion of all health, security and Right To Work checks
✓To effectively utilise the U Check system, ensuring that all campaign and candidate information is up to date and accurate
✓To engage with customers, suppliers and colleagues effectively and professionally
✓To prioritise own workloads and support colleagues in the delivery of the HR Services recruitment product
✓To identify and execute process improvements in accordance with the HR Services approach
✓To own personal development ensuring the continued capability to deliver current and future service requirements
✓Successful Candidates:
✓Excellent working knowledge or Royal Mail Group recruitment procedures and an understanding of underpinning legislative and regulatory frameworks
✓PC Skills – including MS Word and MS Excel
✓Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professional at all levels
✓Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle numerous tasks concurrently
✓Demonstrate willingness/track record to own personal development
✓Working Hours and Pay Rate:
✓This role is being offered as a hybrid position, with the option to work from home for a number of days per week after the initial training period
✓You would be required to work Monday to Friday, typically between office hours of 9am and 5:30pm, however this may change from time to time
✓This role is a TEMPORARY position
✓The pay rate is £11.80 per hour
