✓Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our Engineering client based in Hebden Bridge are recruiting for AN experienced Customer Service Advisor
✓If you have strong communication skills and enjoy all things Customer Service, this role is ideal for you.
✓The role -
✓Ensure all calls are answered within 10 seconds and emails responded to within 1 hour of receipt.
✓Log all customer details as well as the conversations details.
✓Provide follow up calls to all customers.
✓Follow up any outstanding quotations for service and equipment calls.
✓Schedule engineers' jobs for any service enquires.
✓Pass on any equipment queries to the correct department.
✓Follow the company's procedures when handling any complaints.
✓Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.The ideal candidate-
✓Able to work within a timely manner.
✓Strong customer service knowledge.
✓Have volume call handling experience.
✓Keen eye for detail.
✓Strong attention for accuracy.Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00 with a 45 minute unpaid lunch.
